PostRFP features very fine grained permissions - more than 60 at present. Each permission allows a user to perform a specific action.
For managing users, this level of detail can be time consuming, so we adopt the common strategy of "Roles". A Role is a group of commonly associated permissions. For example, the Administrator role includes all permissions.
There are a number of pre-defined roles in PostRFP: Administrator, Scorer, Respondent etc. It is also possible to define and save custom roles.
