RFP Event Log
When an evaluator or RFP respondent performs an action in PostRFP, the following details are recorded in the Audit Event Log:
- Date and time
- User
- Event Type
- Detail - this depends on the event type. For example, for login events, the user's IP address is recorded. For vendor answer edits, the old and new values of the text field are recorded
This record of project activities, whilst useful for general project management, is invaluable when operating with a regulated procurement environment.
The Audit Event Log can be searched, filtering by Project, Date, User or Event Type. The following event types are recorded:
- Project created
- Project published
- Project closed
- Project reverted to draft
- Project Message has been Added
- Project updated
- Project deleted
- Project issues expired
- Project issues deadline reminders sent
- Access granted
- Access revoked
- Questionnaire created
- Questionnaire Section Imported
- Questionnaire imported
- Questionnaire deleted
- Question created
- Question edited
- Response created
- Response updated
- Response released
- Updateable Issue Released
- Response accepted
- Response declined
- Response retracted
- Response submitted
- Response deleted
- Response Reverted to Accepted
- Response expired
- Response deadline reminder sent
- Score entered
- Answer & Score imported
- Score updated
- Score cleared, because of answer change
- Autoscore created
- Score comment added
