Organizations that frequently issue RFPs can save time by building a private address book of vendors registered in PostRFP.
When a new vendor is invited (by email) to respond to an RFP they are automatically added to the buyer's address book. When issuing an RFP in the future, the evaluator can invite the same vendor by just picking their name from the list, thus saving time and hassle when starting a new project.
