Some parts of an RFP questionnaire are more important than others, and should have a greater impact on the final decision.
The most accurate way to reflect this is to apply numerical weights to reflect these priorities. PostRFP supports RFP weightings set at the level of question or section / subsection. Weightings are entered as whole number, and PostRFP shows the resulting percentage both within the current section, and within the full questionnaire.
Weighted RFP scoring totals are calculated for each vendor, section, subsection and question.
