Bidder Registration
After defining the Project and developing the Questionnaire, it is time to Issue the RFx. Invited Vendors can review and decide to participate.
Before Vendors can view the RFx, they have to register with PostRFP. This ensures an orderly administration of participants. Registration can take place in different ways:
- By e-mail - the Vendor follows a link sent to him by the Buyer
- Direct - through PostRFP's directory - this means a Vendor has registered with PostRFP in the past and uses its existing status
- Through a third party website or database interface - PostRFP's modular architecture enables integration with other systems
