The RFP Template Library is an archive of re-usable questions, sections or entire RFP questionnaires. Any part of an RFP template can be imported with one click into a new RFP project.
RFP Templates can be built just like a normal PostRFP RFP questionnaire. You can even build a template by importing a questionnaire from a previous project.
Where the same questions are being issued to the same set of vendors, use of the the Template Library allows answers to be automatically imported by vendors. This can save a huge amount of time for the vendors, and also for evaluators. When an answer is imported and then submitted unchanged, any previous scores associated with that answer are copied across in the background.
