PostRFP supports the concept of "Domain Specialists". These are users that are not directly involved in the management of RFP / Tender projects, but that do contribute to vendor or bid evaluation.
Domain Specialists can be restricted to view specific Projects and, within those projects, specific sections of the RFP document.
