Large RFPs will often be answered by a team, some of whose members may be in different locations.
For such situations PostRFP provides workflow functionality. This allows responsibility for RFP questions or sections to be allocated to individuals for answering. When the questions are answered and saved, a different person can be assigned to review and approve the answers.
In this way, an RFP is seen as a task list of individual questions, or criteria, susceptible to standard team-task management tactics.
Firstly, you will need to add new users to your organization. Click "My Account" on the top right of the page after login, then choose "Add New User".
To enable team working for a Response, first open the Response from the Invitations list, then check the box for "Enable Workflow" under "Advanced Options".
