Can I attach documents to an RFP?

Posted in Managing Vendor Evaluation Projects, last updated on Dec. 10, 2020

"Project Attachments" are files (e.g. Word Documents) associated with the RFP Project. Attachments may be added by both Buyer and Respondents. Attachments added by the Buyer are typically materials that describe the Buyer's requirements. Attachments added by Respondents are typically materials that support the Respondents' bid. Attachments can be added to the top level of the RFP or can be associated with individual questions in the questionnaire.

Each response to an RFP can involve many attachments, so PostRFP enables the buyer to download all attachments in a single ZIP file.
