The questionnaire is the means by which vendors or suppliers are evaluated. Each supplier that responds to your project must answer your evaluation questionnaire. After you have scored their answers, you can graphically compare the suppliers by their total score, or compare them by specific sections or questions within the evaluation questionnaire. Without RFP software this process involves the use multiple spreadsheets and emails.
