The maximum size of an answer in PostRFP is effectively unlimited.
Technically, the limit is 16MB. This translates to 4 million characters, or more if you are only using ASCII (English) characters.
However, the RFP author will indicate the desired size of response by the size of the text box provided. Bonus points for huge answers are unlikely!
