Can multiple buying organizations issue RFPs via the same platform?

Yes. PostRFP is designed as a multi-tenancy web application. Generally, buy side organizations are restricted to viewing their own RFP data and to managing their own users. There are however two exceptions to this rule:

• All organizations share the same Public Address Book. This is a directory of vendor/RFP respondent organizations
• Optionally, an RFP Template Library can be shared amongst all buyers.

Lastly, there is a separate Administration zone for users that need to view information from all buy-side organizations.

These features make PostRFP ideally suited for purchasing hubs or tender portals that serve a community of buy side organizations.
