Open API for Integration with 3rd party RFP Software

PostRFP's API now conforms the the Open API v3 standard (formerly Swagger).

The Open API specficies a standard, machine-readable format for documentation of a web service json/http API. The use of a standard format enables the automatic generation of client libraries to consume the API. 

In practical terms this means that it is now easier to integrate PostRFP with 3rd party systems.
