After the buyer has finished evaluating submitted RFP responses they will often wish to communicated information back to the vendors. To facilitate this, PostRFP provides the following fields:

• Award Status. Either Awarded, Rejected or left blank.
• Respondent Feedback. An open ended text field with comments to be read by the vendor
• Internal Comments. Visible only to buy-side users.

We have learnt that some of our customers produced standard documents which capture vendor feedback in a more structured and custom format. Previously such documents were being emailed to vendors, and were not capture in PostRFP. To fix this, we've now added a document upload field to the Respondent Feedback.
