When working in the questionnaire editor screens (with the questionnaire tree on the left), you can click a link on the right hand side saying "Import from Excel". This takes you to a page which allows you to upload Excel spreadsheets containing questions. PostRFP then analyses the spreadsheet and creates questions and sections.
N.B. this import relies on following very strict rules about how the Excel documents are structured. Example Excel files are provided, and should be studied carefully to ensure that the import format of the new questions is an exact match.
