How can I allow respondents to answer my questionnaire?

A supplier (respondent) can begin answering a project when the following conditions are met:

• The project status is "Live"
• The Response for that respondent is at Status "Opportunity"
• The deadline (if set) for the Response has not passed

When you are ready for respondent to respond, change the project status from "Draft" to "Publish". You will then be prompted to send invitations to each respondent.

If the project is public, respondents can self-invite themselves.
