Award Status is an optional field associated with each Response to an RFP Project. 'Award' in this context relates to the notion of awarding a contract or job to the best applicant. Possible values for this field are:
Additionally there is a Feedback field where the buyer may choose to elaborate on the reasons for the status given.
The RFP issuer (the buyer) is not obliged to record the status for each Response. If it is recorded then it can be found under the 'Summary' -> 'Status' link in the tree menu on the left hand side of main Invitation page.
