PostRFP is priced according to real usage, not by number of users, or by months.
PostRFP can be used for a one-off RFP, RFI or vendor evaluation project. A project, in this sense, is one complete data gathering exercise that includes the following stages:
Pricing for Single Projects varies according the number of evaluation criteria and the number of vendors responding. The project can be conducted over any period of time, but is billable upon publication. There is no restriction on the number of users that can access the project.
Organizations issuing a higher volume of RFPs benefit from an annual license which permits continuing access to the system for evaluators or consultants. Pricing varies according to the number of projects published per year.

Contract Negotiation | PostRFP provides a standard set of Terms and Conditions. If additional contract, NDA or SLA terms are required, work on these terms is charged at the rate indicated. |
Consultants using PostRFP for client engagements receive a branded site using the consultant's own logos and colors, and hosted at a URL of their choosing. Individual RFP Projects are charged at a discounted rate from the standard Single Project fee. There is an annual minimum fee to cover maintenance of the branded site.
All packages include 1 hour of phone based training support and unlimited email support.
Annual Subscription or Consultant Partners are eligible for an additional 3 hours training.
