What is the Agreed Scoring Set?

Posted in Managing Vendor Evaluation Projects, last updated on Dec. 10, 2020

The Agreed Scoring Set is the default set of scores associated with a vendor's response to an RFP.

PostRFP can operate in one of two scoring modes:

  1. Single Score Set. There is only one a score associated with a single vendor's answer to a question.

  2. Multiple Score Sets. Each evaluator user saves a distinct set of scores.

These modes can be switched by editing Project settings.

In the first case, all evaluators are saving their scores to a single set of of scores - the "Agreed Scoring Set".

In the second case, each evaluator has their own set of scores. However, in this case, the Agreed Scoring Set still exists and can be used to aggregate individual evaluators scores.
