PostRFP manages the following stages of the Supplier Evaluation process:
- DEFINE : buyer defines requirements and evaluation criteria - drafts the questionnaire
- INVITE : buyer invites Suppliers to respond
- RESPOND : Supplier accepts invitation and responds, inputting answers online
- ANALYSE : buyer scores responses and compares Suppliers
