Can I track RFP evaluators' notes and qualifications?

PostRFP provides Scoring Comments functionality. This is a thread of notes recorded against one respondent's answer to one question. These notes might be justifications:

• "I'm giving a 10/10 score despite the given answers because I know the sales person that wrote this answer is mistaken and doesn't know their own product"

or a qualification

• "Awarding 8/10 for now, but will review this after the sales presentation "

Scoring comments are, like everything else in PostRFP, fully audited with timestamps, user login and IP address. For scoring review sessions a full report listing all comments can be downloaded.
